At Pollington-Balne, our staff and children know that reading requires courage and perseverance.
We recognise that reading is an important life skill and it is our aim that our children become confident readers who can enjoy a wide range of reading material that allows them to widen their vocabulary, to widen their imagination and to grow.

If your child is learning to read at school with Read Write Inc. Phonics, they will be at one of the following stages:

Learning Set 3 Sounds
